# days can be considered a streak

Ok may be it is the Olympics, but I have been consistent (for the last 3 days.) I did 4 miles on the treadmill @ a very easy pace with a couple of break BUT this is not about speed now - it is about developing a new habit. I didn't post it last night but hey I did it. So today, when I didn't want to go in I managed to find the gumption to go in and get a decent workout in - I am sure I will be SORE tomorrow but it will feel good. I still can't do these morning things but I will keep trying. Later
